INFORMATION CLAUSE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PROVIDED DATA VOLUNTARILY
LEGAL BASIS:
Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Regulation).
FACTUAL BASIS:
Providing information to individuals who use or intend to use the services provided by the administrator about their rights and obligations arising from personal data protection regulations, as well as ensuring the best knowledge (fulfillment of informational obligations) for the individual regarding the administrator.

AGREEMENTS BETWEEN CONTROLLERS:
As part of the co-administration agreement, the scope of responsibility for fulfilling the obligations arising from GDPR regulations has been established. Each party is responsible for:
- • Fulfilling the informational obligation;
- • Contact and communication with individuals whose personal data is processed;
- • Enforcing the rights of individuals regarding their personal data as stipulated in the GDPR.

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO):

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING:
The data controllers process personal data for the following purposes:
- • Entering into and fulfilling service contracts as offered by ADMIN.NET.PL (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- • Fulfilling legal obligations imposed on administrators, including accounting and tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- • Handling complaints, protecting against claims, ensuring service security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- • Activating the newsletter service, provided that explicit consent is given (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide it will prevent contract execution and service provision.
DATA RECIPIENTS:
Your personal data may be shared with:
- • Entities involved in contract execution, based on service agreements and data processing agreements—to the extent necessary for proper contract fulfillment.
- • Authorized state authorities, based on mandatory legal regulations.
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING:
No automated decision-making or profiling is applied to your personal data.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD:
Your personal data will be processed for:
- • The duration of contract execution or service provision;
- • Up to 6 years after contract fulfillment, termination, or withdrawal.
- • If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your personal data will be deleted, unless it is required for other lawful processing activities.
DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS:
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- • Access your personal data, including the right to receive a copy.
- • Request rectification (correction) if your data is incorrect or incomplete.
- • Request data deletion ("right to be forgotten") if:
- • The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
- • You object to processing, and no overriding legitimate grounds exist.
- • You withdraw consent, and there is no other legal basis for processing.
- • The data is processed unlawfully.
- • The data must be deleted due to legal obligations.
- • Request restriction of processing, when:
- • You contest the accuracy of the data.
- • Processing is unlawful, but you oppose deletion.
- • The administrator no longer needs the data, but you require it for legal claims.
- • You object to processing, pending verification of overriding legitimate grounds.
- • Data portability, where applicable.
- • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT AT ANY TIME:
If your personal data is processed based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT:
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority under the GDPR if you believe that your personal data is processed unlawfully or your rights are violated
